Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping costs are calculated upon the value, size and weight of your order. Our minimum shipping cost for orders $9.90.

We ship internationally. Please provide the delivery address where you will located during business hours to avoid any delays in receiving your order. If you require international delivery, please email admin@brownandhurleystore.com.au. Our shipping calculator will give a rough cost, but an accurate costing needs to be determined before products are shipped.

Only Australia post delivers to PO Boxes, please select this shipping method if delivery is to a PO Box. 

Delivery times are dependent on your location but are typically 3-5 working days within Australia.

 Pickup is available from our Yatala branch only. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All goods will be delivered by Fastway, Couriers Please or Australia Post. Once your goods have been dispatched, we will email you with a tracking number. You can track your parcel on the corresponding website with this tracking number at www.fastway.com.au, www.couriersplease.com.au or www.auspost.com.au.

All orders require a signature upon receipt. Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If you provide a work address, please include full details including business and receivers name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery; a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot.

Only Australia post delivers to PO Boxes, please select this shipping method if delivery is to a PO Box. 

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment or other delays by the courier company. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery.

All prices are in Australian dollars.

 

ONLINE STORE RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind about an item purchased on the online store, we will exchange it for a similar item or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.

Please print off, fill in and include the Returns Form with your order when you return it.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed in the method by which original payment was made, within 7 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, Brown and Hurley are unable to refund such duty or taxes.

 

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice, along with the completed Returns Form (this form can be obtained by emailing admin@brownandhurleystore.com.au) in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using a TRACKABLE service to the above address that provides you with a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves, so it's in your best interest to use a tracking service.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Brown and Hurley will cover the cost of the shipping a replacement item if necessary.

Items must be returned to our Yatala office. Returns will not be accepted at any of our physical branches (except Yatala) for any products purchased online.

We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

REFUNDS

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days of us receiving your package in accordance with our Returns Policy. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Brown and Hurley.

 

REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES

We are more than happy to exchange for another size or colour, subject to availability. Exchanges can take up to 7 days to process.

We will accept up to one exchange per item. Should you wish to return the exchange item, we will process a refund, should it meet the Returns Policy requirements.
